Bathroom Fitting in Colchester & Essex
New bathrooms fitted in Colchester, Wivenhoe, Tiptree and across Essex. We take out the old suite, plumb in the new one, tile the room and wire in the lights, fan and shower, so one firm looks after the whole job from the first visit to the last tap.

What a bathroom from us includes
Complete refits
The old suite removed and taken away, and a new bathroom fitted from the pipework up.
Showers
Mixer showers, walk-in showers and enclosures, over-bath showers, and the trays and screens that go with them.
Baths
Standard, shower and freestanding baths, plumbed in with new wastes and taps.
Toilets and basins
Close-coupled and wall-hung toilets, pedestal and vanity basins, fitted and connected.
Tiling
Walls and floors tiled, with shower areas tanked and waterproofed before the tiles go on.
Electrics
Lights, extractor fans, shaver points and electric showers wired in, and the electrical work certified as Building Regulations require.
Heated towel rails
Towel rails and radiators plumbed into your central heating.
Hot water that keeps up
We look at what your boiler or cylinder can supply before you choose a shower, not after it is on the wall.
How a bathroom job runs
- 1
Free visit and quote
We look at the room, the pipework and your hot water, talk through what you want, and give you a written quote.
- 2
Strip out
The old suite comes out and the room is made ready, with the water isolated so the rest of the house keeps running.
- 3
First fix
New supply and waste pipework run to where the new suite will sit, and the cables for lights, fan and shower run before the walls are closed up.
- 4
Fit and finish
The room is tiled, the suite, shower and fittings go in, the electrics are connected and tested, and the room is left clean.
Questions we get asked
Yes. We visit, look at the room and the pipework, and give you a written quote with no obligation.
Yes. If you have already chosen your bath, shower or basin, tell us when we quote and we will fit it. We can also advise on what will suit your water pressure and space.
Yes. Tiling and the bathroom electrics (lights, extractor fan, shaver point and electric shower) are part of the job, so you are not organising separate trades. Electrical work in a bathroom is notifiable under the Building Regulations, and it is certified when it is done.
It depends on the boiler or cylinder and your water pressure. We check before you choose, because a shower your hot water cannot supply is the most common disappointment with a new bathroom.
