All quotes provided are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to site survey where applicable. Any additional work required beyond the original quote will be discussed and agreed before proceeding.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of work unless alternative arrangements have been agreed in writing. We accept cash, bank transfer, and card payments. For larger installations, a deposit may be required.

5. Cancellations

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may incur a call-out charge.

6. Warranty

All work carried out by Elite Blue Gas comes with a workmanship guarantee. Manufacturer warranties apply to products and appliances as per manufacturer terms. Please retain all documentation provided.

7. Liability

Elite Blue Gas is fully insured with public liability insurance. We take all reasonable care when working in your property. Any claims should be reported to us immediately.

8. Gas Safe Registration

All gas work is carried out by Gas Safe registered engineers in compliance with current regulations. Certificates and documentation will be provided for all notifiable work.

9. Access and Safety

Customers must provide safe access to the work area. Please ensure pets are secured and the work area is accessible. Our engineers reserve the right to refuse work if conditions are deemed unsafe.
